This camp provides students with an early head start in upper-primary national Math Olympiad problem-solving, equipping them with skills far beyond the school syllabus.

Students will explore Olympiad topics and non-routine problems, building diverse strategies and confidence for multi-step challenges. By starting early, students gain a strong headstart towards success in the major national math Olympiad at upper primary level, such as NMOS (by NUS High), SMPOS (by Hwa Chong), RMO (by RI), and other junior-level competitions

Learning Objective:

Prepares children for the NMOS Competition (Math competition organised by NUS High School) preliminary round by developing effective problem-solving strategies. The camp emphasizes practising high-frequency and challenging past year question patterns, with a special focus on common difficult concept topics to build confidence and improve accuracy.

Learning Objectives:

This elite camp prepares high-ability students for two of Singapore’s most prestigious competitions — the Raffles Math Olympiad (RMO) and the Singapore Mathematical Olympiad for Primary Schools (SMOPS, organised by Hwa Chong Institution). Through targeted practice of advanced Olympiad topics, students will deepen their mastery of combinatorics, number theory, geometry, algebra, and fractions.

The camp not only equips students with diverse problem-solving strategies but also sharpens critical thinking and resilience in tackling the most challenging competition-style questions at the national level.

This camp equips students for success in both the Singapore Primary Science Olympiad (SPSO) and DSA Science subject tests at top schools. Students will explore key DSA-level science topics across biology, physics, and chemistry — including the periodic table, astrophysics, atomic structure, gene technology, and more. With targeted practice, they will sharpen analytical reasoning skills, and scientific communication. The camp builds both depth and breadth in scientific knowledge, preparing students for national-level competitions and prestigious school entry pathways.

Congratulations to your child on completing PSLE! This new camp gives post-PSLE students a head start in secondary school Math and Science (Biology and Chemistry). It is an introductory preview of GATE Accelerated STEM – our new programme that compresses 4 years of secondary school Math and Science into 2 years for high-ability learners. Modelled after leading IP school curricula, the camp introduces students to Secondary / IP-style content through carefully selected, enriched topics – a meaningful academic start after PSLE.

Camp Highlights:

• Introduction to Secondary / IP-style Math, Chemistry & Biology
• Hands-on experiments, microscope work and particle simulations
• Taught by GATE’s senior teachers, experienced in guiding high-ability learners
• Ideal for students aiming for school talent programmes (e.g. Math/Science Talent Class, SMTP), Math & Science competitions, or a strong foundation for A-Level, IB or IGCSE

Each camp covers IP Bio+Chem and IP Math over 4 days – Bio+Chem (9.30am to 11.30am) and Math (11.45am to 1.45pm). Camp 1 runs from 24 to 27 Nov 2026; Camp 2 runs from 1 to 4 Dec 2026 or 8 to 11 Dec 2026. Regular weekly GATE Accelerated STEM classes will commence in January 2027.
